A key to good health is time to rest, relax, and recharge. Take routine vacation, personal, and sick time off through our PTO policy. We offer up to 3 weeks of time off per year, 7 company holidays, and 1 floating holiday for all teammates.
Are you bringing a child into the world through birth or adoption? Congratulations! After one year of service, we give our moms 4 full weeks of pay plus 6 weeks of short-term disability. Dads also benefit, with four weeks of paid leave. This is in addition to your benefits under FMLA.
