A key to good health is time to rest, relax, and recharge. Take routine vacation, personal, and sick time off through our PTO policy. We offer up to 3 weeks of time off per year, 9 company holidays, and 1 floating holiday for all teammates.
Are you bringing a child into the world through birth or adoption? Congratulations! After one year of service, we give our moms 4 full weeks of pay plus 6 weeks of short-term disability. Dads also benefit, with four weeks of paid leave. This is in addition to your benefits under FMLA.

Somatus provides RNs and NPs access to FREE Continuing Education credits via our learning platform, HealthStream!
